Lets talk Halo: Broken Circle

FANTASTIC book.

Lets just um… talk about it. I liked Floats Near Ceiling. Cute character :3

Still want to know what race Creka came in contact with. And who the “prisoner” was who visited the Ussan’s.

Huh, I missed that part.

I really loved the highschool esque romance between Tersa and his girlfrend and how he was fantasizing about her. I wonder what teenage Elites look like.

I love how it turned at least one of the prophets into a person (sure, an alien one). Zo had friends and was willing to turn against everything he stood for to protect them. This was a big change from all the Prophets we’ve seen before

Zo was definitely a good character I just don’t feel all the prophets would be super evil and crazy.

I still think Regret’s good working relationship with the Sangheili is one of the reasons Truth allowed him to die. If Truth’s plans against the Sangheili went into effect, would Regret follow suit? I doubt it.

Truth was not Crazy. He knew very well of everything he did. He was just EXTREEMLY Evil.

Regret was dangerous. He would lead to a San’Shyuum Schism as he would not support the replacement of the Sangheili.

Very good read. Had me wanting more. Best halo fiction I’ve read yet.

I was really hoping that part of the book would come back into play but it never did. Just one more mystery race to think about, assuming it’s not the same as the ship that crashed on Installation 04.

I haven’t had the cahnce to read Broken Circle. When does it take place?

Fine, fine, I’ll buy it. hits up Amazon

It starts about 3000 years ago but has content that’s more familiar later on.

Its like other Halo books were it jumps around the timeline a lot. Parts of it are set in 851BC when the Covenant was still young and other parts set during the Great Schism.
