This used to be one of my more favored map. Now it feels neutered! What I mean mostly by that is the fact there is not one single power weapon. Your only pick ups are a boltshot, dmr, and plasma pistol. So what’s the problem? Well at launch there was the caster, plasma rifle, shotgun, dmr, br, plasma pistol that changed to br, smg, rockets, shotgun, and boltshot. I’m sure I’m butching that, but my point is there was options. You know arena style options that allow for an action filled fast paced game. If it was the way it is now originally it wouldn’t be so bad for me cause I wouldn’t know its potential. Can a spartan get a power weapon!? Just one, please.
I feel your pain. I can’t say I’m a huge fan of this map in general. I mostly play doubles and eden is the better version in my opinion.
Agreed, the map plays wildly different since it was changed.
Not sure what they could do to improve it either. Neutered is a good word for it.

I’ve actually longed for some of the H5 maps to leave power weapons out of play. The maps often felt too small or the constant scramble to gain control became predictable and boring. But now they’re all gone, I’m not so sure I’m feeling it.
Rockets seem like too much sometimes and sniper, often unnecessary. It’d be nice to see some of of the other REQ weapons make an appearance… Pro-pipe or Blaze of Glory possibly?

While the blaze would be awesome it would be way to overpowered in arena. I’m all for the pipe.
