Can I get a comment below if you want to be able to bank the skewer like COD mw2 throwing knives, or the grenade launcher before.

I have no idea if the Halo Infinite snipers can ricochet in the right conditions but I’d love to see that back. The hilarity of it on Halo 2 when you shoot a sniper in the scarab was just a chaotic mess of bullet streak and sometimes accidental suicide or headshot. It was glorious.

i wouldnt mind them having it in the game but idk if they will have that or not. I would lean towards no but who knows at this point.

Oh man - I haven’t been able to replicate the snipers’ bounce it had in previous games yet, but I’ll keep trying during the technical preview - it’s always so much fun to try ricocheting the bullets into other people.

Isn’t there a bankshot medal though? Isn’t that the same thing?

There is, but I got it with the Heatwave. I havent tried with the sniper though.

Ah aight, I’m thinkin if the sniper does richocet and there’s a medal for it, it’s def bankshot.

Not sure what conditions would make the Sniper in infinite ricochet, but I can at least attest that I wasn’t able to make it do that on concrete or metal flat surfaces during my tests in the Drills area. Maybe it won’t be in this Halo?
