  • Crazy king does not allow a contester of the hill to also gain points, this would be changed to allow the 1st contestor of the hill to gain points as well as the person controlling the hill.

** Alpha Zombies have Sprint and 110% movement speed, Humans do not have any AA, but have a 110% movement speed. All Zombies do not have shields. Normal zombies have 125% movement speed but no AA and no Shields.

*** All Zombies have 125% movement speed and shields, Humans do not have shields and have 110% movement speed.

**** Invasion Lineup Re-Structured. 1st lineup is all standard invasion (Invasion on Boneyard/Spire/Breakpoint (The arrangement is random so one isn’t always on the top)). After Veto it goes to All Invasion Slayer, No S. Skirmish or E. Skirmish.

Meh, Did you read anything else? I can agree but i like AA’s to be varaies and just having Hologram and sprint is boring.

Disagree with many things…

Leave things how they are in Competitive/Cooperative, things there are just fine in the opinion of most Reach players.

This would make much more sense for November:

Competitive/Cooperative = untouched.

Community Hopper Removed = Team Classic, Grifball, Action Sack and MLG Removed.

Halo Anniversary Hopper Added to owners of Halo CEA, It will countain a modded Team Classic and MLG (Both no bloom, no fall damage and different base traits = Making the competitive community happy).

Action Sack and Grifball go to Competitive, even when they aren’t really competitive, it doesn’t matter, since we’ll still be able to play Reach (designed to be a casual shooter).

Simple answer to your idea. NO. No way in hell I would waste my money on terrible DLC maps that Bungie put out that were half a$$ed because they were so happy and ready to move on from Halo. So, NO. I would much rather spend money like that towards something of quality. Gears of War 3. Why drop money into a broken game?

If evade ever makes it in Arena I will never touch the playlist until it gets removed. Evade is the most OP armour ability after AL and JP. That and it doesn’t feel at all like Halo and personally doesn’t feel right on anything but invasion. I hate that objective has it in BTB and it gets so abused.

speedpile should not be in any playlists. most of the time it is just people sprinting for flags and not even fighting.

I think there’s some technical hurdles to your suggestions too.

The kind of changes where you’re suggesting stuff like an increase of TS variants from 4v4 to 5v5 has an impact on which maps you can play because of Rendering/set up issues.

While flipping a couple of switches on the Optimatch server might get you the outlined results… I think this fly’s in the face of Reach’s map designs.

You can’t really make these changes, without fixing/eliminating/introducing certain maps.

Make sense?

Very Very Simple and if Reach gets a ranking system in the title update. I hope to see this ^^^

I like OP’s structure better than current, however I would leave DLC optional and keep evade out of arena.

Other than that I really think Swat, Snipers, Doubles and MLG need to move to Arena (not copies but move them entirely). I don’t think population would decrease in any of them if they were simply changed to ranked. I also think Lone Wolves should be added to Arena. I know FFA failed before but that was a hardcore version with no power weapons, etc.

Reach has a ranking system on a playlist, and as it turns out, most people didn’t really want a ranking system they just wanted something they could abuse to make it look like they were good.

I don’t really care about TS amount of players being changed, i just want a couple gametyes being moved such as

Shotty Snipes (moved from action sack to snipers)

Also about the Speedpile it only makes sence that people would go for the objective and not for kills, that is what Team Objective is all about.

Also i want BTB Invasion! It would be soo cool

I also want DLC to be required for most playlists. They just went on sale so it only makes sence. I don’t want to be forced to go to a DLC playlist to play DLC. If you don’t want to buy the DLC go play TS, RP, or one of a couple playlists other people shouldn’t be restricted by those who don’t have the maps. It was like that in H3.

It’s in Reach, and he’s right, it would make sense to have it on the Snipers Playlist.

Go play Action Sack, The plaugue has invaded my favorite playlist. I’m good at it but i dont want to play something that should be in the Team Snipers playlist.

Haha, then that would be a playlist I would consider walking away from. The Reach shotgun would be abused. I can see it now…

Then Shotty Snipes should be removed from Actionsack, and the idea of it being in Reach should be crumpled up into a ball and thrown in the garbage can.
