Heard a lot of people bashing this project saying that it was a waste of time and resources. However it didn’t take any resources away from Halo 5 or Halo 6 and this type of halo content will without a doubt give the community more exposure. Having this in arcades like D&B will expose halo to so many people who don’t know about it and at a younger age as well. Then some of those people might go and pick up copies of current or past halo titles to play at home. This is a genius way to attract more players and increase the franchise long-term population and by extension increase its longevity.
Beside everything I stated above, this game just looks really cool and I myself will be going down to a D&B to give it a play. Hopefully the community warms up to it and hopefully it is well received outside of the community. Would also be cool to see a FPS game like H3:ODST covering the same area of the universe.
Nice to see there are some people who can be excited for a game like this.
I’m just as disappointed as was I am when they introduced Halo Spartan Assualt. As you said OP, “would also be cool to see a FPS game like H3:ODST covering the same area of the universe.” And THAT’S what the other half of us would ask, not for an arcade game.
But it’s okay, they need more money, attract the CoD fans weren’t enough, so they aimed more little kids and others who play arcade games.

So far people are bashing the idea becuase dave and busters are spread thin and many wont get a chance to play it when it first rolls out. I think the real questionable thing is that its in dave and busters. Also Dave and busters isnt cheap, its and adult chucky cheese, meaning they want every penny you have. Its real life loot boxes essentially. Nothing wrong with that, just be prepared to oscasionaly buy food and booze when you go is what im saying.
I think if people played rail arcade shooters, they would understand what it is. Form what i read so far on the forums, alot of people dont get the idea. I make that assumption reading coments that lean towards them never expeienceing a great acrade experience. Coments like why cant it be ported to play on my xbox? Or people wanting to experince the great story, you know, the thing all rail shooters have lololol
i mean it could be all that and a bag of chips, i supose we will see

Hopefully it will get into other venues. But my point is Halo is being exposed to a new crowd. I am not an arcade game player, but I would like to try it and like the idea
