Also its not a very defensive vehicle, its pretty open

The Kestrel would be overpowered, it has the maneuverability of a Ghost with the weapons of a Gungoose.

So make it a req 7 or 8 instead of the mantis with its regular armor.

The kestrel isn’t the most armored vehicle and its 2 spots that make it hover could be weak points.
