Ok so before we all jump to conclusions, let’s analyze the Halo 4 trailer.
First off we see MC with some sort of built in [zeo-g thrusters]. This is most likely NOT in the Mark VI. My best guess is that it was shown to give a tease to what will happen in the game. So in other words, you’ll probably start out with just standard Mark VI armor at the beginning of the game.
The first level will obviously be waking up and escaping the Foward Unto Dawn’s remains.
Cortana’s rampancy from Origins wasn’t shown but then again the trailer was extremely short.
That giant hole in the planet makes me think of the one the Spirit of Fire was drawn into in Halo Wars, leading me to believe it’s a Shield World
It just might be the only remaining Forerunner stronghold. Or Unicron LOL!
But really if they were hinting at AAs with the jetpack then I am throughly disappointed.
I’m interested if Jen Taylor will be reprising her role. It won’t be the same without her, honestly…Because the trailer didn’t sound much like her…Couldn’t imagine her not returning though!
Man…I need more! But a CGI trailer will have to do.

Truth. I’d rather have his suit change and look better than to keep it looking low poly count. It’ll look low-rez compared to the environment and everything.

John puts something on the end of his Magnum, looks like a silencer? Edit Notes so far: Attachment-Grenade launcher/Explosive rounds, Silencer. Jetpack may have been built in(unlikely) Cortana may have been upgrading his suit??
The trailer was great (as was the Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary trailer), but what was that jetpack for??? It was completely pointless, and makes absolutely no sense…
It looked more like he put on an explosive round or something.
We need a higher quality trailer.
Also the jetpack may have been built into the suit the whole time. We never really saw a chance for him to use it in Halo 2 or 3

lolwut? because the Mk VI helmet in Halo 2 and Halo: Reach is the same design it has the same amount of polygons…NO!
They should NOT have changed the helmet, it would have made more sense for john to keep Halo3 armor until he could get some forerunner threads. I have no problem with the slight changes to the rest of the armor, and I will eagerly await Halo 4, but the helmet helps make MC what he is change in this case is VERY BAD.
