I think it would be awesome for us to add paint jobs and stuff to our vehicles.
Things like Flames, paint, etc. Maybe change the wheels, etc

We should also be able to hang balloons off of ourselves 
for forge and a clan based mode, this could work, but lets not get ahead of ourselves. they would first need to add a “clan versus” mode, in which you start with vehicles and a base, and have the ability to “trick out your defenses” for your clan base. then tricking out the vehicle it’self would seem more like a reasonable option.
as it stands, vehicles don’t belong to anyone, so you would only have freedom to decal things in forge, and even then I don’t see forge as a “world editor” on a console game unless they make it later and add forge mods as DLC later. It’s a lot to ask for if they weren’t planning on it, but yes, I would love to ride around in a solid gold Warthog with Platinum rims, and decals based on architectural design from 1600AD chathedrals, maybe a motif of the grim reaper or some oriental dragons on the side, with blue fire nitro and all, but I think thats asking for a bit much.
I read somewhere that there was a plan to add customization to vehicles on the fly, but it probably meant functionally and not visually. Anyway, I think being able to change vehicle color and turret type should definitely be a Forge option. Golden Warthog anyone?

This isn’t based on anything about clans, it is changing the vehicle colors.
I have to say that is a horrific idea and wouldn’t make sense. How would it work? Would the ghost/warthog/tank morph as soon as you get in it? This isn’t Crackdown! LOL!
