We all know how we make friends in every single halo game or games in general by matching with them or knowing them in real person or what not or explore in the vast majority people in the custom games browser. Another great feature is for players that don’t have a lot of friends, or has friends playing other games that you have no one online willing to play with you. This new feature called “Matched Players” a little bar or menu that shows random people in that list that you currently match with your current skill level that you can actually join message and interact with. I think this will be a great social feature to help out some of the players that normally don’t have a chance to find new players to play with or explore different adventures inside the game halo. I think this will be a great New social space feature
Not a bad idea. Would be a different way of interacting with new players and trying to party up. Solid idea if you ask me.
So a feature like in CSGO where it shows you players that are online with their ranks etc. and you can simply invite them to your lobby?

Great idea, really hope that we will see something like this at launch or maybe later in an upcoming update.
I don’t see any harm of this feature if it can be naturally integrated with the UI. It may be abused though for a small amount of people.
Anything to bring back something similar to the pre and post game lobby chat(before Xbox ruined it with private chat) and party up feature from Halo 3 I’m all for. I made friends that I’m still close with in real life to this day because of the social aspects of Halo 3 in it’s first year.

Are you looking at the old halo 2 ways?
Very cool idea!

This is an excellent idea!!!
If I hope that ai has or includes this feature, however, they should focus on companies that are already established in H5, since it would be a good platform to face between companies.
Therefore, this would imply that we work on much larger map models to be able to discover these companies and have them distribute them so that a good battle item is carried out.
And of course, communication would be the most essential, that is why having an implicit translator in each game deployment would be the most fundamental technology that should be implemented.

This has nothing to do with the topic
I like the idea, but if they do add it, hope it doesnt go bad or gets terrible, Ive played a lot of games with this feature, and its either a spamming tool, or just a cool feature to talk to people, and just have fun with em.

Well they can implement some sort of ban feature for abusing the system like spamming. But the thought of for example you go online and your having a rough day and randomly someone messages you via the matched player system, and they actually are good or helpful with a mission or what not that you struggle with and brighten your day.

If it was in Halo 2 first I apologize. We didn’t get internet in my house until Christmas 2006 and so didn’t get a 360 and live(with Halo 3) the following Christmas, so I’m a Halo 3 kid.
I don’t know. I’m happy just having something simple like ‘party up’ after a match and not interested in people spamming me invites just because I previously played with them in a ranked/social game at some point. I always find it weird when people send me random game invites from people that I have never spoken with.
