Colour Blind Skull
Mute skull-Your spartan goes deaf.
Touch Skull-(Kind of like Blind)Still have your HUD but there are no indicators on where you were hit.
Skulls in Custom Games would be nice. Preferably as an option in player traits, so we can set separate ones for Juggernauts, Infectees, VIP teams, etc. Also, please add Team Specific traits, so we can mess with Red, Blue, Green, Orange etc. Teams to our hearts content.
Also: Please change the Blind skull so it only removes the digital aspects of your HUD, your guns, and Legs, as well as ammo counters on the AR, BR, and DMR weapon models should all still appear on your screen.
Also:
Spartan Skull - Replaces Master Chief with your custom spartan in Campaign, Replaces multiplayer spartans with Master Chiefs in Custom Games.
Shift Skull - Weapon strengths and weaknesses are reversed (Bullets do more damage to Shields, Plasma to Flesh)
Covenant Skull and (new enemy) Skull - When you spawn, you spawn with the Covenant or (New Enemy) versions of your starting weapons. (Include UNSC skull for Customs)
Human Covenant War Skull - All enemies in the Campaign are replaced by Covenant
Requiem War Skull - All enemies in the Campaign are replaced by (new enemy)
10000 year War Skull - All enemies in the Campaign are replaced by Flood

Im still sticking to grunt wedding;
All grunts in the game are allied to you (a la halo 2)
I still like my idea of a Johnson skull, where all allies are Sgt. Johnson, in appearance, dialog, and badassery.
Kimakaze Skull
All Drones are only armed with two Plasma Grenades, and fly right towards you.

Fire Grenade Skull - All grenade throw-able enemies use fire grenades.
