Give me the tools and the files and I’ll rebuild MCC with ODST Firefight, Forge updated to H5’s forge able to place down all assets from every Halo game on it. Play CE, H2A+Classic, 3, 4 on said forge maps. Hell, maybe even add Reach, and support Mods for good measure. I know some may scoff, laugh, and belittle, but it can be done, think of it as “The Community putting the money where their mouth is.” on the topic of community members saying that they can make a better game. By making a notoriously broken game and putting it back together. Is there an update coming up, but let’s be fair, it’s going to be the only one and it’s not going to fix Everything and new bugs and glitches will arrive, plus other hiccups, and it’s not gonna fix Everything. At the very least making MCC “Open Source” would be the best option but I doubt that to happen tbh, so at least having someone or a small team of the community members to work on MCC (much like the small team that’s updating Halo: Online, 0.6 coming out bois!!!), pretty sure the community members can donate time to this. Note this is not me saying that “343 is incompetent” or anything like that, it’s just that after this patch let the community take care of it that way more resources can be done to work on the next Halo.

AAAAAAAAAAnyway, I don’t think they’ll let the community fix their game, no matter how many adorable children ask them. Just be happy they’re fixing it at all, though I’m sure they’ll do it best they can, and most definitely more efficient than any community team could. Just have faith.
By the way, is Halo Online legally available to Americans now? I never got to play it, and I need an online Halo game for the road.

yea, jokes aside, Halo Online is available, it’s playable, and being continued solely by the community. Saw some gameplay of a pre-alpha of the Uncaged remake. I don’t think we gotta worry about Legality since 343 or Microsoft killed it, and the community removed the microtransactions so the groups not getting cash out of it, if it did, MS or 343 would throw the book at them, but so far from judging there response to it is that they don’t really care that people are working on it to “Finish” and update it. I wanna do that with MCC hell, even get it to PC.
Where can I find this playable Halo Online? Got a link? Golly, this is gonna be sweet…

Just make your own tools and take the files from the mcc or the old games. There are plenty of people that have made their own games. Look at sonic mania
