I play pretty much daily. I don’t need to see the same announcement every damn time I turn on Halo 5. Have it pop up when theres something new only please.
I know its called message of the "day’ but when its the same thing its a nuisance.

It takes one second to press B and make it go away.
I’d love to disable it. Still no way as far as I know.

oh please, not trying to be rude, but please explain me how detrimental it to your gameplay experience is sacrificing about 3/4 of a second to close that message.
you seriously just to need to blink with your eyes while pushing the B button to avoid it.
agreed, also because I have to re start halo too much cuz it freezes

I’m not saying that its a huge deal. But anything and everything that streamlines the experience should be considered. If people don’t like having to see it then 343i should listen. I’m curious why you are defending this? It doesn’t matter. If you like it then okay, some people don’t, so who cares.
This shouldn’t be an issue. All it takes is one second to press B, and then you can move onto any game type you want. Campaign, Multiplayer, Theater, etc.

i don’t know how long you’re active in this forum, but people don’t like to see a lot of things
and 343i simply can’t listen and cater to every minor issue people got. and if you’re saying
yourself that it doesn’t matter, why just don’t push B and move on?
Making it only appear the first time you load up Halo 5 for the day is what I would like.

I’ve been here for a while, trust me. And they can cater to small issues. That’s what patches are for.
Personally I don’t care for the message of the day and have had it take a decent amount of time to load up before I could cancel it. It’s a minor annoyance. I’d rather start up my game and get right into it, not wait 30 sec on the home screen because either my connection is bad or 343i’s servers are having an issue or whatever. It’s annoying. Does it completely ruin the experience? Obviously not. Is it seemingly an easy fix that would make some people happy? Apparently.
I don’t understand why you, and others like you, feel the need to tell other people what annoys them and what doesn’t. Sure, you are right, you can simply press B and get out of it, but if you don’t have to take that step then why not?
