I was playing through a losing jipped game lazily and didn’t see a triple cap comming cause we could just barely keep one base.
Dont quit if you think your good enough.

Holy. I’ve seen a lot of people quit/lag out, but not that many. Good job, fight till the end!

Had a game on sanctum against a full team not to long ago. We didn’t take the temple…bunch of people quit. They set up surrounding the armory with weapons and vehicles…bunch of people quit. We were getting nowhere fast. Less that 200 points to somewhere near 700 and I’m stuck at level 3 reqs. So I spawn at the home base and use a random req card and get blaze of glory. I notice two other people spawned with me. They take the far garage. I aim to distract the -Yoinks!- by trying to take the temple solo. The enemy team was so obsessed with racking up kills they didn’t notice until my teammates had actually capped the garage and I was just a couple seconds away. Then three or four of them rush in and I just blast them as quick as I can…but they keep coming…and I know I if I die they will keep the temple and use it as a point to rally. So I’m jumping around doing everything I can to prevent people from getting that last shot form one of the grav lifts as I blast the guys rushing in through the side door. I eventually do die (going out in a literal blaze of glory), but I get the cap. I spawn at the temple and set up for pure and utter defense. Meanwhile I hear “Enemy core at 70%” and then a couple of seconds later “Enemy core is failing, Keep firing.” We take their core…we win. 1000 to just under 800. After the match the enemy team was -Yoinking!- at each other and us about how we shouldn’t have won and blah-blah-blah…and yeah I (and I assume everybody else in the match) got a few ‘love letters.’ One lucky turn can sway a match.
Funny thing is half the time I kept going to the wrong home base.
