No, the overall game’s pace is faster than Halo 3 (and lightyears faster than Reach), to it may seem like that, it isn’t

Faster paced gameplay. Don’t matter 1 headshot is basically all you need
The health bar is the same as halo 3 thats why
I think Reach’s health bar will always be the best. Better design, Sheilds, and an awesome blinking warning in the center, Halo 4’s is too much like Halo 3’s, no sheilds, a good design, but still.
