So me and my father have completed every halo 2 level now on Legendary but Regret. We happily play until well usually near the end where the game crashes and boots us the the dashboard, stopping us from completeing the level. It could crash when punching Regret, being shot by a sniper, riding the gondala.
We have completed it on heroic. We play on the xbox not pc and its nothing to do with disk as I have tried with a few friends and they have experienced the same problem.
Anybody have the same problem or any tips ??
I have had the same problem on Metropolis, Delta Halo, and Regret while playing splitscreen coop on Legendary.
It seems to crash less if you set it to old graphics. This has worked for us for a few levels, but it might have just been luck. Have a try on old graphics and let me know how you get on. I hope this gets patched, as it can be pretty frustrating.
So far I’ve reached regret himself with no crash and old graphics. It seems to be working so far

I have scarab, bandana, grunt funeral, catch, sputnik, piñata, grunt birthday party, IWBYD. I think that’s it I had to stop playing to do some work and just started again. At regret not from the beginning.

I don’t know why I cant think to switch to old but thankyou so much for your help.
My buddy and I were having this problem all the time last night when trying to beat this level. We’ll give this a shot
