So, another post (an hour ago) said Legendary XP boosts were in store. But for me, they were removed and replaced with ‘Greatest Hits Vehicles Packs’. I’m assuming the store rotates items differently according to region?

The featured content in the req store do usually rotate on a weekly basis. My guess is that we won’t see the XP Boost packs return in a while as 343 has been relatively conservative in terms of making the XP Boost packs frequently available.
Something that I would view as probable is that the XP Boost packs will probably return later this year at around the same time as when Halo Infinite gets released.

If it was my post it was from 2 weeks ago. The packs are no longer available for anyone don’t worry.
