Bought the MC controller, redeemed the code, no Legendary Visor. Is this happening to anyone else?

Oh is that what the “Dountless visor” is? ok I did not know what that was. I have not redeemed it yet

Dauntless, Legendary–not sure which one it was that came with the controller, but all I have unlocked is Recruit. Bummer.
So far, the only thing I can unlock is the Recruit variant that came with the REQ pack for joining a Spartan Company.
I’ve put in the codes I got for the Amazon pre-order, and thus my Saturnine visor is theoretically unlocked, but it doesn’t show as such here.
I wouldn’t worry about it. Odds are, the various computers are not quite talking to each other yet, so halowaypoint.com doesn’t know about the codes we’ve entered at xbox.com/redeemcode, but they’ll get it fixed by the time the game goes live.

I believe the codes to unlock the visors and other preorder bonus/promotional packs won’t show up until you boot the game, because you have to open the pack to get the customization items. You’ll have them when the game comes out 
It’s because they are inside REQ packs, which of course you have to open. Wait till the 27th.
3 of you gentlemen have put my mind at ease. I kind of figured that it’d have to wait until I get the game and open the req’s, but I tend to expect the worse because it makes life easier.

It would be cool if we could open req packs on Halo Waypoint.
The codes will be redeemed upon launch. They’ll be sent to your ingame ‘open req’ just like warzone reqs
theres dauntless that comes with the remote and then theres legendary which i have no idea how to unlock… anyone have any insight???
Not sure but I unlocked it in a gold pack anyways.
