What are peoples thoughts on this so far? I am only on mission 3 and I have had to walk away from the game twice now haha.
If your getting stressed in the first 3 missions, you’re going to love mission 14

Quite easy so far, hope things get harder once it really starts to ramp up further along the game. Did mission 1 and 2 last night in around an hour.

I must be rusty then (granted it has been awhile since I have sat down and played Halo). The first two missions were pretty simple, and for the most part so has mission 3, but there are a few areas that are just maddening. Too many Prometheans and they are way too OP.

Yeah I am yet to do mission 3, I did some MP first then play the campaign. The most annoying part for me at least so far during the campaign was the first hunter fight. I died a few times here the hunters play so differently from past games and damn are the accurate lol.
Ooohhhh, Legendary is the only way to play.
I hope it will be a challenge this time.
im on mission 6 currently…so about an hour and ten minutes per level. its 530AM EST here…still going strong

wait a minute….how many missions are there?!
there are some really mean parts later on (legendary only), that were really frustrating,
they are 15missions in total, but 2 are very short

im going to need more cowbells!
so i just got whooped on for about an hour straight on level 7…good luck to those of you yet to come across this level. by far the hardest thus far
On level 7 right now and I just can’t take it anymore lol. I’m going to play some Warzone and come back later. It’s just crazy!!!

A tip, if it’s what I think.
Get a little height and ground pound right onto the body, run around and use a shotty, you can 're-load and shoot a round fast enough to deal some good dmg
I made it through 20% of the campaign last night, on legendary, in 3 and a half hours. So far, it hasn’t been super difficult, but that’s due to the new squad mechanics. I have a love/hate relationship with the squad AI. Sometimes I feel like I’m babysitting, and sometimes they feel like solid teammates, it varies from engagement to engagement.
Also, about hunters.
They seem to be able to swing their shield so much more quickly. Lol, they caught me by surprise the first few times I fought them.
finished mission one. started 2. but i had to stop because i had to work today… can’t wait to pick it up later. it has been pretty awesome… oddly enough, i enjoyed playing as spartan locke.

See, I considered that, but that swipe is always a OHKO and just messes me up. I started the first chunk with an Incineration Cannon, and that helped, but at the end of the day I kept wiping due to not being revived on time. 
Tbh, this tipbisnt for hunters, I got the wrong part :l
You’ll know when to use it
I have been absolutely loving the campaign so far, currently at mission 8. Everything is just so detailed and runs perfectly smooth, I really love how this game looks some parts are stunning. The only part I have struggled with so far on Legendary is the
Warden Eternal fights. But that’s probably just because I am playing solo. And one more thing the levels really are huge compared to past games, really impressed so far.
