Legendary Slayer, Arena/league play playlist?

What does everyone think about Legendary slayer being a Arena/League play playlist? It would be like “The Arena” from Reach
No POD, it would use the V4 maps, Cause those have light rifles, carbines. Dmrs, etc. already placed around the maps(maybe forge maps like, Onyx and Ender.) Would be 4v4 or 5v5. No armor ability’s, there would be radar. The playlist would run two gametypes, Slayer BR’s (BR starts with Assualt Rifles?) and normal Slayer(Assualt Rifles :3 and magnums) the tactical package and support upgrade for both gametypes would be resupply and explosives.

It would have seasons and divisions just like The Arena., everyone likes a little competitive gameplay sometimes but they don’t wanna play team throwdown.

What do you think waypoint?

There is no need for Arena type rankings when the game matched you based off CSR which was added a few months back.

Legendary Slayer is going to support personal loadouts.

Are they going to be limited personal loadouts? Otherwise what’s the difference between that and Infinity Slayer?

Well in an interview with Kevin Franklin, they said they didn’t want to restrict loadouts because it would be unfair to those who unlocked X item and wanted to use it, so don’t expect anything different there.

Legendary Slayer is a semi-competitive mix between Infinity Slayer & Team Throwdown. We don’t know the full details yet other than the prior and that it will make use of the weapon tuning.

Ugh. Kevin Franklin is RUINING this game and franchise. I was really hoping for AR starts with static weapon spawns and classic maps.

That was it people. Legendary Slayer was the last glimmer of hope. I’m honestly about to give up on this game. 343 has literally listened to no feedback on a Classic playlist. They tease us with disabling sprint and dropping the flag, but yet they are refusing to let us know until July on whether or not we are even going to be able to play something like this?

“Didn’t want to restrict loadouts”

LOADOUTS ARE THE PROBLEM. How is RANDOMNESS even remotely semi-competitive?

-Get rid of loadouts
-Get rid of JiP
-Get rid of ordinances and put in actual weapon spawning
-Put in classic Halo forge maps.
-Increase movement speed
-Disable sprint
-No AA’s.

It’s really not that difficult. I would literally GUARANTEE a rise in this games population if they made a playlist like this.
