Legendary mission completion not registering.

My Halo CE Keyes legendary, Halo 2 legendary and Halo 4 legendary progress doesn’t show on my MCC service record! It stopped me from getting legend! I was SO close! SO CLOSE!!! How did it happen? And why does my gamertag randomly change to WWWWW when I log on? I need answers! 343, please fix this bug.
