Just confirming with others that to get the level achievements in all campaigns is that I need to complete the campaigns with out any non scoring skulls turned on as stated here:

Can the grunt birthday party be enabled at all? I presume if I wanted scoring skulls, I could use them however making playing Legendary even harder.
Just looking for best advise to complete all campaign on legendary with out wasting time. I’ve already played twice on H2 Cairo Station and didn’t get the achievement due to skull configurations. All suggestions and information appreciated. Hope to get thru all Legendary on MCC. Then go back and get the more easier fun stuff.
