Stupid Tankmaster Rok!
If I had gotten Serpent Hunters that would have been another 30+ kills.
Also, the second and third place players both 80+ kills. Most high kill games I have seen the other players had 50 or below.
Ohbem had 334 kills on Heroic on ARC once. This game makes me think it is possible on Legendary too. There may be too many good players though.
273 on Stormbreak by C Der Phoenix is the highest I know of on Legendary.
Pic is on my feed.
Nice job dude! I think itās possible make 300 in that map, but you need a lot of luck with your teammates. When I did 213 and 223 in Legendary temple, I had to give my team my wasp and my phaeton for win the rounds.
For example:
In heroic you can kill like 10-15 phaetons with a sword banshee on ARC, but if you get that round in Legendary, youāre going to sweat for kill just 3 with a temple-ultra banshee
. And what about the knights? In legendary you kill one normal knight in like 20-35 seconds solo, but if you were playing it heroic, in that time you could have kill 6-8 soldiers kills with pistol. The most important difference I see now that Iām playing more heroic is the bullets speed, in Legendary IA bullets go twice faster than heroic, so you canāt get too close for melee or shot without zoom like in heroic (I think this is a good point for heroic because you can practice more your shots in short-middle range).
Yeah. I think it was JollyJoey that said it is about being in the right place at the right time. You have to have teammates good enough to help you win rounds, but not too good that they steal your kills. You also need to have the right rounds, ect.
This was not even the best game I played last night. I had 30 banshee takedowns on Apex 7 as well. The Arc game was a lot of splash damage and splatter killing multiple enemies. The banshees took some skill.

Now you mention splatter kills, what do you think about the points they give you for it?
I mean, if I have the opportunity of choose between splatter or headshot, Iāll go for headshots. But if I do it in Urban R1-3, maybe I could kill 20 in first round but someone with warthog can kill the double (and maybe I get level 3 and the guy with the car level 4).
Do you think is fair give 100 points to someone that splatters a soldier vs someone that do perfect kill (headshot)?
IMO they should give at least 30% more points to dudes that make headshots and like 35% more to the ones that practice perfect kills. That could balance the scores between weapons and vehicles.
What do you think?
I think that is a great idea. It is obviously harder to get headshots. More points per kill and/or a bonus would balance it out. That would encourage people to use weapons more. Last night, I had 222 kills with zero headshots.
Be nice if there were leaderboards for this stuff, and best times per map, etc.

Yes,
and is harder to make a knight headshot or what about the golden elite? Thatās like kill one dude with two overshields and is a lot of time with a weapon, but with a vehicle you can do instant kill to it xD

I would love to know the top scores and kills for each map.
This should probably be a separate thread, but these are the top legendary Firefight scores I know about.
C Der Phoenix has done 50000 or better on every map except Prospect (49550 is his top and the top I have seen.) 62500 on Urban. 56150 on ARC. I have done 53400 on Sanctum. JollyJoey did 51900 and 202 kills on Apex 7. I believe it was Xlange that did 50450 on Stormbreak. That is the top I have seen for that map. 273 kills by C Der Phoenix on Stormbreak is the top kill total I know about.
One thing I have noticed on the games for C Der Phoenix is that he has gotten lucky on a random vehichle in many of his big games.
It would be nice to see my top kill count, score, and best time on each map.
Just mine. You know what Iām saying?
To see how I compare on leaderboards would be icing on the cake.
Sprinkles on the icing on the cake would be ranked leaderboards for everything, weapon kills, headshots, assassinations, etc.
Glad to see players with similar thoughts.
Did your team let you get those kills as in a before game started agreement? Or were you in a scout hog by round one, making it nearly impossible for others to play because you are griefing them while blocking and kill stealing?

No offense, but please donāt derail this.
I think that once youāve played enough of firefight, you want to start testing limits of whats possible.
Ive played games just using melee and assasinations, games with just power weapons, etc.
Not the āstandardā way of playing. And it should be encouraged, not slammed.

I think the idea is good. But in practice, players that never play wz solo will get the most kills and headshots, etc. because is easy tell your friends that play it passive while one player do almost all AI kills.

It is an offense because you made it one. Itās a harmless question that I asked the OP. Firefight is becoming vastly unplayable when a certain percentage are making it virtually unplayable. Itās a good answer to why the population gets lower and lower. And what you are encouraging actually should be discouraged. Weāve clashed before, you admitted to betrayals on purpose then questioned why you were booted, I wouldnāt forgive you either. You are your own undoing. I just want to play again without team killers ruining it for the rest of the ever decreasing population.
Since we will never agree on anything, perhaps you should not get involved because by doing so you are in fact derailing it making this a clash about your way and my side of this story. Differences should cause growth, not friction.

I did not know anyone I was playing with. I would never ask anyone to let me get kills anyway. I just play the game and have fun. I was in a scout hog in round one, but I was not the only one.
I did not mean to give anyone grief. I was just pointing out that two other guys had 80+ kills in the game. They are good players. If they were not as good, I would have had even more kills. Also, I only had 5 kills in round 3. If I had gotten a better round 3, I would have had another 30+ kills or more. I only meant to give context.
I enjoy playing with great players (like Camino for example). I do not get amped up about getting first place, but I do get excited if I think I can put up a big score or kill number. That is the only time I really go hard for points and kills. If I am playing with friends, I usually take it easier and save my best reqs.

I am not a fan of those scout hogs. I understand your style is not style but it does demotivate me to where I just stop and not care anymore (most of my losses in FF are from me not caring anymore in mythic or legendary, a few heroic even). Imagine tossing grenades into a just spawned enemy and seeing them just as fast getting run over and no kills with your frags doing nothing after the fact. Or another just spawned and ran over making it not fun because we cannot get there in time and not because we suck, plus the rounds end too quick. Iāve been bumped trying to get my kills on too, making my shields drop for no other reason than a reckless driver kill securing, or betrayed enough because I was in the way and nailed from mostly behind, to confirm just why I have this angst for those that use them.
I really hope they donāt use any vehicles if thereās a FF in 6, all on foot and hopefully endless waves so we can all enjoy it equally and let true skill shine from the guns and no vehicle usage at all.
Thanks for answering though, take care.

Youāre mistaking me for another poster, azgunslinger9mm.

This idea should be a separate thread too;
On heroic, most maps and scenarios its possible with a full team to win the match just using default reqs.
Do you think its possible to do that in legendary?

By default reqs do you mean loadout weapons? I would say no.
I have always found people who use vehicles just to splatter is cheap. Iād be 110% down for a bonus to headshot kills. Granted this may be in part pure bias as I rarely use vehicles and make heavy use of BRās and DMRās with my best games having me ending on 50+ headshots. (though i dont play legendary FF maybe if i had a group of friends to team up with?)
On the flipside though I have seen people who grab a req 1 warthog and try to splatter spam on ākill gruntsā or ākill crawlersā opening waves and they finish the round in last or second last. Obviously there is still some skill requirement to be able to control the vehicle and navigate the terrain. My best score ever was like close to 40k or something back before heroic FF became a thing, and oddly I was a noob at somewhere below SR 60

I like aiming for highest headshot total⦠see what i did there? lol. Love the games where I can count up every other teammates headshots and its still less than a fraction of my own lol 50+ is a good game, 60+ is top notch
