I recently bought the legendary crate, however it says I can get extra goodies if I link my lootcrate account with my Xbox Live account. The problem is, is that I try to link it on the lootcrate site and it just keeps giving me an error. I do not have the Xbox Live account linked to any other account, and when I look under my Xbox live linked media it says the two accounts are linked. So I don’t know if they are actually linked or not, and I don’t have the forum badge?
Yeah, I have this issue too, what gives ? I bought the one for this month and it didn’t give me my Badge.
Responded to Buzz via PM earlier, but if you’re getting an error trying to link your tag on Lootcrate’s website then I would reach out to Lootcrate’s support and see if they can’t help with that

I did indeed email them a couple days a go, but they have been to busy to respond. If you could do that, that would be great! Thanks a lot.
I can’t contact them on your behalf - if they have any troubleshooting that is required, you would need to do that

When I contacted support they didn’t help me. However, i found out it was only for the Apollo logo and i did get that when i initially linked the account anyway.

It unlinked by itself on the Lootcrate site. :\ I think they had an issue going into season 2 of the crate…

Youre mistaken. The last crate for season 2 hasn’t shipped yet.

Yeah, I just realized that our Truth Lootcrate will ship late July since it has been delayed.

What does it matter to you why I spent my $. I don’t care about little toys and shirts. I wanna see a sick nameplate next to my name when I play online. That’s better

I have this same issue and would appreciate it if anyone has a solution. According to Xbox.com, the Lootcrate account is attached to my GT, but still no Apollo nameplate.
