Good eye man! But they were talking about warzone having different weapon attachments and skins, so this is probably just a new scope attachment for the BR. Nice find though!
Probably not legendary, unless to ones said me thing crazy, like fire full-auto or something, which would kind of defeat the point of a classic scope in the fist place, but in all likelihood a proper variant.
Warzone is going to have different versions of the base weapons. Remember the Assault Rifle with the Energy Bayonet?

Just a variation of the weapon. Sadly not a legendary.
