As far as I can see there are only the achievements.
No special cutscene nada
Its not even showing in my record that the campaign is done on legendary even though the icon is on every mission and I have the achievement

Service record updates aren’t instant. Took about a day for it to reflect my legendary playthrough.

You get a lot of xp. Around 1,000 if I remember correctly, but it doesn’t matter since you’ll quickly hit the campaign xp cap.
