I feel like Hunter should be the legendary reward since Locke is a new focus in Halo 5, whereas Chief was the main focus in Halo 4. It’s a shame it is a preorder bonus though.

I think we should disregard the fact that its a preorder bonus for the sake of what we all think it should be.
