Yep, you called it… The only thing that stopped that person was the 100 post daily limit. I just went through and reported each and every post from that person as spam. If I had it my way, that person would be demoted to a Recruit - Iron and limited to five posts per day for forever, but I’m a little bias with regards to forum rank boosting… It derails and/or necro’s threads, clutters up the forums, and produces nothing but spam.

Don’t get me wrong, his spam was unacceptable and does nothing but ruin the forums. But would you not consider 90% of the threads in the MCC section spam also?

90% is a bit of a stretch… The MCC forums has seen an influx of posts like none other in the history of Waypoint… Unfortunately as you eluded to, so much of it is trashy blind hate towards 343i and immature demands. I do see some improvement with the most recent patch and I believe we may be seeing a light at the end of this tunnel. It should be a matter of time before the MCC is fixed and fully operational. Then these forums should become more bearable as well. In any case the spam in this particular thread is not really comparable to the rage going on over in the MCC forums in my opinion.
