Legendary Campaign Credit Not Fixed?

So, currently playing through campaign on Legendary. Went into my Service Record, says I’ve completed three missions on Legendary thus far. This is accurate. However, when I go to Commendations>Player>Campaign, it shows Dawn complete, Requiem not complete, Forerunner complete. What is up with this? How can I complete the first and third missions on Legendary and not the second one. Last time I checked, two was between one and three. I never changed the difficulty setting whatsoever. I stopped during Requiem as per an admin post that was either the FAQ’s or the Known Issues post, I used the “Save and Quit” feature and then “Resume Campaign”. I saw that the issue was supposed to have been updated with a patch, but I’m fairly sure I’m up to date on patches. There is no way I want to spend over two hours on the same mission again because of something I can’t help. Is there any further insight on this?

Also, tried to find my post on the boards shortly after I posted it, but was unable to. What’s the deal with that also?

You have to complete them while maintaining a connection to Xbox live for the entirety.

Robborboy, I did. I read over some of the other issues as well as administrator notes on what would be the cause of the problem before I posted anything. All the reading I did, I don’t see a reason behind this happening.
