My best friend just got a legendary card from a bronze pack. Even got a rare card. Is this actually possible or just a glitch?

Well, you guys better trust me. We were opening bronze packs looking for turrets and warthogs in order to face our next warzone game when this suddenly happened, and he shouted like a -Yoink-.
It’s probably a glitch.
Before the HCS pack was released I had finished bronze and silver packs. I just opened four bronze packs and got no permanents from two of them, then got 500RP each from the other two. Bronze gives you 500RP in place of a permanent if you’ve unlocked everything available in that pack.
If it was happening before it’s not now. I know a bunch of people are reporting that the 343i AR and Pistol skins are no longer coming out of HCS packs so if bronze packs were bugged at the same time it must’ve been fixed by now.
Maybe glitched. I once got an uncommon card from from bronze.

It CANT be a bronze…you can only get Commons from bronze packs.
