I’ve defeated all of Halo 1-4 + ODST with a Friend of mine, and We have Varying percents. He had 16/40, and I have 35/40. We did use Skulls for 1/2, but what could it be?

Is a issues because some friends doesn’t unlock it after they complete all game on Leggendary

Only Halo CE, Halo 3, ODST and Halo 4 have been completed on Legendary. Halo 2 and Halo Reach still need to be completed.

Thankfully you only need to complete around 5 or 6 missions on Halo 2 to unlock the achievement and you can use skulls such as the Scarab and Bandanna to lessen your pain slightly.

I used the Scarab and Bandanna originally, but hopefully it Works.

Any 0x multiplier skull invalidates achievements - so yes that’s your issue.

Speaking from first hand experience, I used the Bandanna skull on some missions and the Scarab skull on some others and I still got the Legend achievement.
Vegeta250, I took a look at your service record here on Waypoint and it says you have completed the level on Legendary at 1:40:49 which is the norm when a 0x skull is used.
I’ve only beat Halo: Reach on MCC on Legendary.

If you are going for the Legend achievement only and not the par times or scores then, yes, you can use the 0x skulls. As to why your service record took a while to update, I cannot say. Mine usually updates straightaway.

That is a Godsend. I’m not nearly as Masochistic to go after Par Times and Score a on H2 Legendary.
Also, would Replaying it on Easy mode fix it?
