I have unlocked the Mark IV helmets but it won’t give me the legend achievement, it says its at 77% complete. I have gone through halo ce, 2, 3, and 4 on legendary.
Waypoint does not have any recorded times/scores for Halo 3 on Legendary. You will have to play through that again. Make sure you are connected to Live the entire time.
EDIT: Otherwise you should be good to go since the other games have times recorded for you.
Perchance did you go through H3 with the Acrophobia skull on? Make sure to disable any 0.0x modifier skulls, as they may interfere with stat recording and/or achievement unlocking.

Your HaloWaypoint service record for Halo 3 on MCC only shows the first 3 missions completed on Legendary.
For whatever reason, if you played the rest, it didn’t sync.
Unfortunately, you might need to replay those last missions again.
Luckily, it looks like ce, 2 and 4 are fully synced to Waypoint.
Also, this isn’t a Halo 5 support question, is it?
