It appears legacy stats stopped syncing again.
I found it disappointing that co-op completions don’t count on new Waypoint so have been replaying solo campaigns on heroic. It had been updating completed levels, but no more.
Also hope 343 brings back total Halo achievements/gamerscore which they should be able to re-implement even after the legacy servers shutdown.
