Is anyone else having these same issue? I have legacy controls selected and the just do not working but southpaw and legacy southpaw work fine. I cant play without my legacy controls :[[[

Same thing is happening to me and my sister. My sister needs legacy, and so does my mom, yes you heard right, I taught my parents how to play halo.

I am having the same issue and now my level dropped to 3 because I keep quitting online match. 343 really dropped the ball with this game, I’m sorry this is embarrassing! I’m so fed up now!

I’m having the same problem. I tried resetting my controller. Nothing. H2A not working for Legacy.
Downloaded the updated, worked great until I matchmade a game of Halo 4 (after successfully playing 6-7 matchmade games of H2A, H2, H3). At that exact moment my Legacy controls stopped working. Left thumbstick will not rotate but will only strafe. I quit game, restarted xbox, tried everything and I can only get legacy controls to work in campaign. Doesn’t work in custom games either. Honestly this has to be the most frustration game experience of my life. Finally looked like matchmaking was working alright and then now this?! Are you fu king kidding me?!?!?!?!?!
PLEASE FIX, I cannot play halo without this controller setting!!!
Agreed… this is exceedingly frustrating. I have defended this game nonstop for almost a month now, and I was optimistic when I saw that today’s update was over 1 GB. Now, I essentially can’t play.

Now that I’ve worked my way up to the Halo 4 campaign, I am at a complete standstill. Can’t finish the campaign, can’t play multiplayer.

Some acknowledgment of the issue would be appreciated and an eta. The players using legacy controls are mostly your original Halo players not your fly by night kids. We shouldn’t have to wait a week to have a simple control scheme fixed or acknowledged.
