Left infinite for MCC

Title says it all, mcc has so much more to offer then infinite right now, its crazy how they didnt think to just do mcc over again without the 7 year wait time.
How many of you are switching back to mcc whilw you wait for infinite to improve? And what was the final straw for you with infinite?

I just posted this in another thread but it applies to MCC too so here we go;

I literally HATE teammates that go for challenges at the expense of winning the game which is EVERY GAME. I have had teammates tell me in text/voice they don’t care about the objective because they need to get 5 more kills with a certain weapon to get a stupid skin.

Remember the Halo 2, 3, etc days when the point of matchmaking was to play as a team and win instead of going for challenges and throwing the match? 343 has effectively killed the Halo franchise.

Halo 3 is just over all superior to Infinite. Even Halo 4 is more fun.

Left Infinite for Dying light 2, Deep Rock, and other indie games. If I want to play “Halo” i’ll be going to MCC also

I left Halo (In)finite for all of the other games I play and love (Halo 5 and MCC obviously included). I just couldn’t be bothered to unlock more achievements in this travesty of an overhyped game with a 6-year development period and a $500 million budget, so I went and completed Serious Sam 4 with all of the achievements unlocked! I had more fun in SS4 anyways, and I can’t wait to play Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem and have fun there!

I still made point of playing mcc a couple of nights a week anyway, regardless of how Infinite did, would like to do my part in keeping mcc going. More on mcc now than Infinite mainly due to no progression and seems pointless doing challenges that go towards nothing, really enjoy Infinite campaign, gonna go do a complete run through on campaign from reach to Infinite, hopefully should tide me over until season 2 which I think is possibly 343’s make or break.

While there is alot of negativity going around, to get a game at all with the covid thing is a feat in itself, silence is not always a bad thing, often it’s that people are working hard to make things right, much rather wait and have solid things than have things said to keep people happy and then delay
