Preface: The Magnum is your permanent side arm. It doesn’t count towards your two weapon limit because you can only, and will always, take it out when you equip Left Handed Equipment.
When Left Handed Equipment is equipped:
You can’t Sprint.
You can’t throw grenades.
The throw grenade button functions as a deploy equipment button.
Left Handed Equipment
The Jackal Shield you know and love. Goes on your left arm and shields your upper front left body and head. Crouching gives your legs more cover. Tap the grenade button to sacrife movement speed for increased cover behind your shield.
The Flare Gun is both a flashlight and a flare gun. Simply equipping the Flare Gun will ignite the flare in the barrel without firing it, acting as a flashlight. Tapping the grenade button will fire the flare. Firing the flare at certain volitile items, like gas canisters, will ingite them and cause an explosion.
Knuckle Busters are handheld, directed exposive devices that have two main functions, one of which is anti vehicle. Punching an approaching vehicle, especially a fast moving one, will destroy it. Punching certain walls will blow a hole in them, opening a new entrance, or exit, for you and your team to move through. Knuckle Busters explode on impact and the user takes some damage upon use. Tap the grenade button to punch.
The Energy Whip is a close quarters equipment that, upon striking a player, will transfer some of the target’s shields into the user’s shields. It has no effect on deshielded players. Tap the grenade button to perform an overhand whip.
The Electromagnet can grab metal crates, hold them, and launch them. A player could use these crates as mobile cover, a platform to make a high jump off of, or as a projectile to be launched at an enemy for a splatter kill in close quarters. Carrying a crate slows your movement speed. Tap the grenade button to grab. Tap again to launch.
