I’ve been triyng to play with my friends but i cant seem to be able to join a game since i just automatically leave the fireteam for some reason.
At first it was fine and i could play, but all of a sudden i got a problem with the dedicated server and i was deranked.
After that i kept on getting the error that my ‘‘fireteam has changed’’ and ‘‘you left the fireteam’’.
Its getting really annoying at this point, I just want to play with my friends but i cant seem to do so.
I’ve tried restarting my Halo and i’ve tried restarting my xbox.
After restarting multiple times i managed to join a game and now its not working anymore again.
At the moment i’ve turned off my xbox and unplugged the power source and we’ll see if it works after that.
Could someone please shed some light on what the F is going on? How do I fix it?
i have been having the same issue but i have not found a solution. but i am researching it and hopefully will find one
Has there ever been comment on this. I just got the/one of the fireteam errors and everytime it diconnected me from the lobby. Best thing was i always play solo and was playing perfectly fine before then.
It happend to me 6 times today. Middle of the game headshoting fools,then boom I’m in the menu and it says I left the fireteam,just got a 60 minute ban whats going on?
I’m so frustrated. I’ve invested like $100 in req packs, plus bought the game, and played hundreds (I guess around a thousand) games of Halo 5. For the last week, I’ve been completely unable to play. I can’t join fireteams with my friends anymore because it instantly kicks me out of them. I can’t finish a game of Warzone or Arena because the fireteam bug kicks me out. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no success. I am so frustrated. I hoped today’s content release might include some bug fixes, but it is not the case. I don’t know what to do, but Halo 5 has been rendered unplayable for me.
Alright, This worked for me.
I turned off my xbox and unplugged everything, I think you only need to unplugg the power source though.
Then i let it sit for 15-20 minutes, and then you start it up and it should be fine!
I’m also experiencing this problem and it started when I decided to play minecraft and then went back and everything screwed up. 343 you need to fix this because this game is almost 1 year old. When bungie made games it never had problems like this.

343 isn’t Bungie. They aren’t actually here to make the game succeed, they are just here to milk the franchise for what cash they can before Microsoft just shut it all down and redistributes the assets to other divisions. 343 is Halo’s swan song.
Same problem guys´. I´ve tryed to switch to another account and isn´t works…
I’m just playing solo with no Fireteam, and I have been regularly getting booted for leaving my Fireteam when I’m not even part of one. And of course I get a ban for quitting. Does anyone have an answer to this?

Hard reset your console. Make sure you are not set to appear offline.
Happens occasionally, wait a few minutes and try again. Usually fixes itself for me.
