Hello-
I was playing just a bit ago when I received the error: “LEFT FIRETEAM. Your Fireteam has changed. Returning you to the Main Menu.” And, indeed, it returned me to the main menu whilst mid-game. I was playing alone. And, had not been playing with friends at all today. This happened in two games. Just two. Then, the next thing I know, it says I’m banned for 40 minutes due to MY network. But, that’s simply not true.
I have Google Fiber via ethernet to my Xbox One. My xbox has the following stats:
NAT Type: Open
Download Speed: 486.30 Mbps
Upload Speed: 567.80 Mbps
Packet Loss: 0%
MTU: 1480
Latency: 61
Troubleshooting performed:
- Hard Reset Xbox
- Reset wireless gateway
EDIT: To add, i notice this happens the most when someone invites me to a game, sends me a party invite or joins my party. I automatically get kicked from the game.
Not sure how this is MY fault. But, if I’m to be banned for this, then I feel I should at least have the right to say something and bring it to your attention. However, then I saw many other postings that were either unattended to, or a simple message of “Thank you for your feedback” was provided.
Please be kind and let us know what’s going on. It can’t be too much to ask for the communication when we spend money on a product. If I’m using comparable pricing for an AppleTV. Although hardware product vs. software, regardless, you’d get amazing customer service from them. Just saying: we know what we should be expecting as your buyers. And, I feel we’re being extremely understanding simply waiting for any reply while we can’t play your game. Quid pro quo.
