I noticed that if someone gets removed from my spartan company, they get an email to their inbox that they have been released from the company. However, when someone leaves on their own, I have no idea about it or who it was, unless I keep a ridiculously close tabs on my members. I was just wondering if there was any way to keep it more consistent. Either send an email to the leader when someone leaves, or do without email altogether, including when someone is removed?
Also, people seem to not be notified if their request to join was denied? Is that so? I might recommend some sort of status bar or something. Pending > Approved/Denied.
