Whatever the penalty is for leaving games clearly isn’t working. I am tired of having a player quit in the first minute of the game and playing a 3v4 with a useless bot. I am also tired of getting loaded into half-done matches and having no chance to win. This is an issue for all game types in both ranked and unranked. To me, there is a pretty simple fix. The first time a player leaves a game, ban them for 5 minutes. If they do it again, ban them for 30 minutes. These people are making the game unenjoyable and borderline unplayable for the people following the rules. It has gotten worse and worse as time has gone on because the people leaving have clearly recognized that they won’t be punished for it.

I totally agree! Ive experienced loads of this while playing this evening and its frustrating! Unfortunately people have ways around it though! Instead of pausing then select quit game etc they just got to xbox home then close game down or just switch console off
