Having a little trouble, Did the whole mission, only died a few times, didn’t pick anything up except grenade, which I didn’t need, and used only ghosts, and Banshees. What am I doing wrong?
You should be getting it. Are you starting at mission start?

It popped for me fine. This was a pretty frustrating achievement- having to walk past the bounteous rocket launcher ammo. I can’t imagine doing this without the Bandanna skull to help.
