Also i really need eleven other solid players to play with for war zone and this is how it will work. Anyone can play with me but the top eleven players online able to play I will invite at any given time and if someone better then you is on sorry you have to sit out if we are full. Also if we decide to do slayer or something the best three will be chosen etc. The players chosen will be based on mainly skill then connection and then personality. But in my games that are not matchmaking i will not boot a player if a better player is on because i think that is unfair. Have fun recruiting each other as well.

Not trying to bash the selection criteria HamburgularX, but it strikes me that selection method has one flaw in it (unless that’s part of the skill judgement - and indeed depending on how assists end up getting scored in Warzone): team balance.
Unless I’m misreading the interpretation: sounds like anyone taking a more supporting role (I imagine will be crucial in Warzone!) will be short-lived in the team in favour of those who are slightly more k:d ratio focussed.
A small suggestion would be to have specific slots (maybe 2-3 per 12-man team depending on how the gameplay ends up feeling) wherein their job is judged based much more on support criteria. I’ve previously played MOBAs and MMOs and ended up running teams where that’s been better as a strategy. Just my two cents.

True, true but as a team we all tend to team shot and whoever gets the kill gets it. But people who cannot finish their kills are not as good and people can simply put one shot into someone and get an assist also i will still play with lesser skilled people sometimes and you can all feel free to team up with each other aswell. Also i will just tell who i will work better with one i play so honestly just mainly disregard that. That is only if they are equally awesome to play with by an exact number. Also i am fine with someone who gets a lot of assists but your kills should still be greater than your deaths. But to answer your question yes their will be a few roles for support players who play objectives, the main focus for the team is teamwork and connection.
If you guys currently play with people online or real life friends on halo feel free to bring them too and round up your own crew.
