I partially agree Saucify1927. Death threats should never treated with levity. Constructive criticism should lean more on the constructive side. Iām still on the side of the complainers. Iām torn about the statement that āitās just a gameā that I should just chill out, just play something else. Some of the best moments of my life have been because halo Iāve made many halo friends, I felt like a man playing Halo CE for the first time at the age of 6 it completely blew me away.
Iām looking forward to the campaign, although if the campaign was the focus I wish they directly stated it instead of just implying it. I donāt know if that would have made people mad that that MP development was ārobbedā by campaign or they would say ohh that makes sense.
The hate is misdirected I suspect that 343i is under Microsoftās boot, and the reason that many people left were developers that genuinely cared and were forced to monetize the game knowing the ramifications.
I and the angry gamers would like to see Infinite be the best game it could be good luck 343i you have the potential to surpass the greats that proceeded you. and have already implemented a strong foundation.
Couldnāt agree more Joevahkin92. I couldnāt finish all my weekly challenges last week because one challenge was to capture the flag 5 times in PVP. First of all I hate CTF itās drags on IMO and to have to fight my own team and hope that they donāt cap the flag by letting them die so I could cap it sucks. I donāt like the daily challenge that they have now it promotes players AFKing. I would like 50xp a round 300xp for getting 30 kills and another 300xp for winning 3 games. Players should be rewarded for playing the actually game.

Letās make this easy, you all are talking like economists so letās talk in an economic perspective, 343 is backed up by Microsoft, we the consumers are what back up 343 which can also back up Microsoft, if you wanna boycott you gotta go to the source. Another way of looking at it is 343 has room for error, Microsoft will give them time to make the game better and we the consumer either need to buy in or sit and wait. If you want to make money you got to get good at what the consumers want, they have taken the trust of the consumer like most other companies and abused it to make more money, simple enough. for every 100 people that boycott, there is one whale making up for it by buying everything on the store. this is how companies mitigate player loss. battle pass monetisation models and Fortnite style shopfronts are specifically designed this way, and they are very profitable.

Excuse me! Iām so sorry that Iām trying to get something that Iām expecting when paying for it. Sorry but without the consumer the game wouldnāt exist from no funding. If 343 didnāt want to deal with all this hate they wouldnāt have made things so bad. They obviously want to make the most money possible. Trying to get your moneys worth is all weāre asking for. If the got trash customization then they should at least down vamp the prices

Actually if Halo had been sold to a different company they could have made a halo game that runs at more than 80fps on a 3080 at 1080p. I literally cannot play halo infinite because of 343ās garbage work on it.

Itās not really boycotting - itās just opting not to play a boring game. But it doesnāt mean Iām not a fan of the halo franchise.

The ONLY reason Halo and the Master chief exists to this day is because veteran Halo fans continued to Pay and Play to keep their favourite franchise and memories alive when disappointment after disappointment was delivered.
We were the last remaining customers that refused to let goā¦

343 is corrupt!!! Stop buying in, go back to the other halo games and leave them with nothing! Only then will they listen when they have lost all funding from players. They are trying to steal our money, they were doing that from the start, the coatings were meant to be shown off so you felt more inclined to get one. The coating system was meant to limit options so you would pay more! Leave them the great journey back to quality gaming waits for no one brother not even 343.
Edit: the corrupt start was to get readers to listen, itās not like theyāre laying off people they just are trying to make a game for the most money and least effort

343 deserves absolutely ZERO credit for keeping halo alive. Every single step of the way the have screwed this franchise. They are an incompetent game developer, they have been for awhile now. They have not brought back the community and are NOT using our input to improve the game. Halo 4 sucked, we gave input, MCC was a disaster, we gave input, Halo 5 was (almost) a step in the right direction, we gave input and yet here we are with a sub-par game in infinite. They do not listen to the input and would rather mock the fans instead of actually listening to them.

The game is going downhill for sure, with every patch they seem to make things worse.
Its always one step forward and 2 steps backwards, so they always end on the minus account.
Halo is doomed and its really sad.
Like adding BRs in team slayer every other game is BR and its not fun any more.
BR with 140 in ping is just unplayable for the team ending up on a bad server.
The other team might have 30 ms in ping and the other 140, that takes no skill to win.

when it comes down to it the community will cut 343i some slack when they finally prove their capable and competent enough to handle this legendary franchise, because right now things arent going well.
their main line and āBiggest Halo to dateā is hardly beating out a hardly known indie title by the name of Splitgate, the Recent TV show was a absolute embarrassement and blemish on this franchise, and hardly anyone even wants to talk about halo right now because of how poor of a state it is in, Halo is in the worst state its ever been in, and its pretty much not relevant even tho its newest installment is into its 2nd seasons 6-7 months after launch.
if theyve bene working so hard to please us, then i wonder where all that work went to, because with barely any playlists and game modes, forge not coming til next year, co op coming in august, and hardly any news on whats going on, they havnt put in alot of work it seems.
