Learning 1's in Halo Wars 2

Hey guys, so I’m realatively new to Halo Wars 2, but I was an oldschool hw1 player, and am looking to get back into the game. Some of you may remember me as John2wa.
I’ve started a new channel, TruthSOSeeker, and am looking to learn how to play 1’s competitively.

If some of you guys could would be willing to give some feedback, and suggest what you think are some stronger builds/strategies, I'm all ears.

As of now, at rank 13, I’ve basically learned that cutter marinies, brute choppers, anders sentinels, and forge jack rabbits are OP. Am I missing anything?

Just pick a leader between atriox, forge, anders, or cutter. I think atriox and forge are better than anders and cutter, but just do what you feel.

Hey John we used to play some teams back in the original.

Strictly for one’s, your primary picks should be cutter and forge. Your secondary picks should be anders and atriox.

Because of the scout nerfs, Banished are underpowered from the fact anyone good with UNSC Infantry and knows not to clump their units together can end the game on you quickly.

I agree, covenant now seems underpowered to me. Iv’e been maining Anders for a while, and do feel she beats all covy. I’ll be trying cutter next, though am a bit afraid since serious micro skill is needed. what was your gamertag, btw?
