It’s leaked until 343 officially releases it. Game informer is not 343. They simply commented on it.

Gameinformer found the pics on a site called cvg who managed to get a sneak peek of the mcfarlane toys.
Its still leaked as the info was given out without 343i’s concent
Remember long ago, when 343 said take all information released with a grain of salt unless it comes from their mouths? Yea, well the same goes for information. Consider it leaked until they confirm it!
