Epsilon Fleet’s 41st Siege Brigade (Raid Unit) is currently looking for any recruits from north america to apply for the positions of Strike Team Leader and Training Officer. This Vacancy is an attempt to establish a Second Strike unit to work alongside the current Strike unit which is European.
Position Requirements:
Strike Leader:

Strong command presence as they will be both commanding and managing a force of up to 30 members both full time and part time.

Ability to discipline as well as reward team members for activity and conduct.

Tactical mindset as they will be leading the team in raids and other tactical operations.
Training Officers:
-
Commanding presence, required when instructing members the skills they will need when training for raids.

Tactical mindset for planning training operations and planning training sessions.
Be warned, these positions will not be given away lightly and alongside an interview there will also be sessions where you will be asked to take charge to gauge your ability. I will accept no less than 100%
