Whenever I press LT my leader powers do not show, whenever I play the game it is always the same.
Any way to fix this?

I have the same issue. You can buy them but when you hit the button, the menu is bare and no powers work
Make sure you used your commander points with the back button. Also you have to hold LT not tap it.

Yeah I’m buying the powers, it doesn’t let me use the leader powers as a whole for some reason.
It just pans around the map fast like in Halo Wars 1
I have issues when trying to use the mac blast for Cutter. The red beam doesn’t appear sometimes and I can’t seem to initiate it despite having the resources. Other times it works fine though, it’s buggy 
.

Unless you’ve changed the controller layout, you’re pressing the Left Bumper, not the Trigger.
Press the Trigger once and you’ll get a radial menu.
Also, make sure you buy activated abilities like the healing and such.
Passive abilities are present in the Ability tree and will always be active.
Other than that I don’t know, perhaps something in the update screwed up the abilities?

It’s been like it since day one and nothing has caused it.

Are you using an elite controller with the hair trigger lock turned on? If so turning it off resolves the issue. I had the same issue, where pressing the LT was just letting me pan around the map quickly. As soon as I turned off the hair trigger lock the radial dial, for the commander skills I had purchased, showed up.

I did have it on, I’m going to check if it works right now.
