I’ve tried out the Arbiter in Skirmish and have noticed a bug. If you have the emperor skull activated and go to upgrade power surge while a leader power is charging that leader power is unusable. This happens to most leader powers if power surge is upgraded to tier 3 regardless of whether they are charging or not.
It happens without the skull too. Putting 3 points into power surge breaks all leader powers.
I have seen it too.
I have this issue too. Could it be related to the skull? I’ve used the skull that boosts the leader powers, but haven’t tried doing a game without that skull.
I had teleport still work but plasma bolt stasis mines and stasis would not recharge

That’s the same for me. Is this on any map as well.
I have found a bug with jerome Spartan leader power ( field promotion)… when i have veterancy 2 or 3 and i then use field promotion on selected groups it resets there veterancy back down to vet 1 insted of going up. Also field promotion does not work on jerome or any of my other sparten heros… is this normal?

It only is meant to bring your forces to Vet 1 it shouldn’t however reset them. I think it’s normal that it doesn’t work on hero’s or super units as it would become unbalanced.

Same here man I didn’t have the skull yet when upgraded to tier 3 yet it had glitched, hopefully they fix it. Also noticed a glitch with spartan morale where it plays the sound file for decimus’ rage ability and it glitches so that it doesn’t work.

Ok fair enough, it still resets my vet 2 to vet 1 tho so thats annoying

Yeah that reset is a bug. You can make a separate thread about if you want.
