I bought several leaders over the past few months, today all but one of those leaders now show locked. Under manager game they show installed. I uninstalled the game and leaders , reinstalled the game, but the leaders still show locked and ask to be purchased. Microsoft support does not show the purchases in my account but my credit card statements shows them. How do I resolve this ?
It’s a bug in the game. There is no fix for it at this time. Everyone is waiting for a response from 343i.
Your not alone with this issue, and unfortunately the bug gets worse.
