Leader Not Purchased?

I’ve had Johnson for a while and, though I don’t really use him in skirmishes, he is essential for me to do anything in Blitz. However today when I went to play Blitz, it said that I had not purchased Johnson yet. When I went to check if I could “purchase” him, it said I had already purchased him and I could download him from the games and apps. When I went to go download him it says that I’ve already downloaded him. But I still can’t play as him and all functions related to Johnson are locked.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so did you fix it?

A hard reset of your console usually works, if not just closing the game and reopening it

Tried reseting game. Not console. I’ll try that and edit this post with results
