Leader choices?

I need help deciding which two leaders to get next. The only DLC leaders I have are Commander Jerome, Pavium, and Voridus (Forge too if you even count him in that boat). I’ve heard that Ripa, Colony, and Johnson are 3 good choices but I’d like to have more input and possibly more choices before I purchase any.

Colony is the best choice out of those right now. The Hunter Captain is pretty damn OP.

In early games I find Jerome Mantis or Forge’s warthog harder to kill than HC tho… But HC is incredible in a garrison.

Colony is pretty nice since he’s got unique leader powers.

  • Combat repair is one of the best powers out there (repairs units and buildings passively forever once bought) - skitterers combined with banshees or infantry are a very good combo - vehicle symbiosis is very nice if you like buffing up units and structures - hunters brand which is powerful and reloads relatively quickly - The hunter captain unit is very good early to mid-game as it can tank damage and hold against infantry masses or light vehicles once upgraded
    Johnson seemed like a bit of a let down to me but maybe thats just due to my playstyle of turtle-ing up and not massing mechs.

Ripa (the arbiter right?) seems like another good choice but its more tactical as you have to time the stasis right and use the new units right.

Ripa has the highest skill ceiling out of the three
Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re vary good at the game.

Colony has the lowest skill ceiling of the three and is very easy to pick up/learn and with a coach you can easily get rank champion.

Johnson is middle of the road, he takes some practice to survive the early game because of his weak early game but atm hes the only leader who has a reliable t3 end game army comp,
vary strong but slow to build.

Is the T3 the EMP MAC and/or the Mech Overdrive(?)

Yes Ripa is the Arbiter (I call him Ripa because it’s faster to say his name and type it)

T3 = Tech3 like tanks and vultures
Or in Johnson’s case colossus instead of tanks.

Johnson is not bad and more heroes should be toned down to his level but he is still heavily situational. Heroes such as troxy, jerome, and colony are WAY too good with spartans as the runner up. Overall, im unsatisfied with the current meta almost as much as leader powers.

Ah okay
